— R.S.C. 1997, c. 24, s. 18, states that: "Fair dealing for the purpose of news reporting does not infringe copyright" is the originator and source are fully referenced.
— The publisher of the Seven Circumstances website has, since its formation, published all contents on the site in a manner which allows publication under the Fair Dealing provision of the Act, and will continue to do so. All contents on this website are provided for non-commercial purposes.}
